The Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives by generating new business through outreach to large and midsize enterprise retail clients. A successful Sales Manager candidate will possess a consultative sales approach, a successful track record of business development and growing sales from the ground up. This individual must demonstrate all the characteristics associated with a high performance sales culture, specifically managing a pipeline of new business opportunities and delivering results against a quota. Blue Ridge Networks is customer-centric and therefore, this individual will provide the most professional sales experience possible for our customers. The Sales Manager will be a member of the Company’s Sales & Business Development team, with responsibilities for building, maintaining, and managing relationships with current and prospective customers and enterprises.
