Real-time, central, secure management interface

Used with the BorderGuard Management Console, the BorderGuard 5000 Series VPN Appliance enables rapid deployment and operation.

Since the PKI is built in, there is no need for an expensive stand-alone PKI or digital certificate service. BorderGuard 5500s and 5600s offer an extended RSA key length of 4,096 bits.

Total Security

The BorderGuard 5000 Series supports an optional, removable USB-based KeyGuard cryptographically mated to the chassis. Removing the KeyGuard disables the chassis boot firmware -- adding an additional security option for protecting units in transit or when unattended.
